Bible prophecy is being fulfilled in our time

The dramatic fulfilment of Bible Prophecy amongst the nations is evidence that God exists.

Both Ezekiel and Daniel prophesy of a major conflict in the Middle East between a Northern and a Southern military confederacy. This is in effect on the scale of World War 3.

Ezekiel chapter 38 and Daniel chapter 11 name the nations involved. These include (with their modern names in brackets):

• Magog (Eastern Europe/Russia)
• Rosh (Russia)
• Meshech (Moscow)
• Tubal (Siberia)
• Persia (Iran)
• Ethiopia
• Libya
• Gomer (France/Germany/Central Europe)
• Togarmah (Turkey)

Opposing this Northern military confederacy is the Southern one, aimed at protecting the oil-rich Arab states. This includes:

• Sheba & Dedan (Saudi Arabia)
• The Merchants of Tarshish (UK)
• The young lions (The Commonwealth nations)

The Northern invader is described by Ezekiel as follows:

“After many days you will be visited. In the latter years you will come into the land of those brought back from the sword and gathered from many people on the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate; they were brought out of the nations, and now all of them dwell safely. You will ascend, coming like a storm, covering the land like a cloud, you and all your troops and many peoples with you.”

Ezekiel 38:8-9 NKJV

This describes an invasion of Israel.

The modern nation of Israel did not exist until 1948. It was re-established by Jews who returned to the land as predicted by the prophecy.

Consider the confederacy of nations:

• Russia is on the rise again.
• Iran was pro-Western until the Iranian Revolution of 1979.
• Libya was pro-Western until 1969.
• Europe is looking elsewhere politically than the US.
• As a result of Brexit, the UK has moved out of Europe to be on the other side (part of the Southern confederacy).
• Egypt was pro-Soviet until 1978.

All these nations are now, for the first time ever, almost in the correct places for the fulfilment of the prophecies.

The battle will end with God's intervention, to bring about true peace.

“He shall judge between the nations,
And rebuke many people;
They shall beat their swords into plowshares,
And their spears into pruning hooks;
Nation shall not lift up sword against nation,
Neither shall they learn war anymore.”
